Welcome to CSC Cards, LLC. By accessing our website and purchasing our custom products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Custom Content Ownership & Copyright License
By uploading a photograph to our website, you warrant and represent that you own the copyright to the image, or that you have obtained explicit written permission from the copyright owner (e.g., a professional sports photographer or league photographer) to use and reproduce the image for commercial printing.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSC Cards, LLC from any claims, lawsuits, or financial liabilities arising from copyright infringement allegations related to images you upload.
2. Right to Refuse Service
CSC Cards, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if an uploaded photo or submitted text contains inappropriate, offensive, obscene, or defamatory material.
3. Intellectual Property
All website designs, custom template layouts (including our signature "Color Burst", "Uptown", and premium graphic variants), text, and brand assets are the exclusive property of CSC Cards, LLC. Purchase of a physical card does not transfer ownership of the digital design templates to the customer.
4. Limitation of Liability
CSC Cards, LLC provides high-end keepsake items. We are not an official sports grading company (such as PSA or BGS); the grades displayed on our labels (e.g., "Pristine 10") are strictly artistic, decorative elements intended for youth entertainment and carry no secondary market financial valuation.
